Refund policy

If the size or color of your item is not right, you can exchange this item within 14 days. Exchange takes place on the basis of shared postage costs. I.e. you send the item to be exchanged back to Snugglezzz Cosi adult sleepwear at your expense and we will send you a new item at our expense.

If, despite the fact that we do our utmost to provide you with a good product, if you are not satisfied for whatever reason, you may return your order or part of it within 14 days. Shipping costs of the return are for your account. After receiving your return, we will transfer the amount excluding shipping costs to your account as soon as possible. If you as a customer have received a wrong item due to us, the costs for returning are for us and we will send you the correct item free of charge.

Of course, the items must be returned to us unworn, clean and without stains. Unfortunately, we cannot take back items with stains. We ask you at all times, before you return an item or want to exchange it, to contact our team in advance by e-mail to info@snugglezzz.nl. State the invoice number and the reason why the product does not meet your expectations.

The articles will not be taken back or exchanged if:

• The clothing has been worn or washed
• You yourself have tried to repair a defect
• Any original packaging or label is missing
• You do not register your return by e-mail in advance

>Make sure that the item is well packed in a sturdy box, for example. Also include the email communication and the invoice number of the purchase in this box if you send a warranty, return or exchange request.
