Shipping policy

If the size or color of your item is not right, you can exchange this item within 14 days. Exchange takes place on the basis of shared postage costs. I.e. you send the item to be exchanged back to Snugglezzz Cosi adult sleepwear at your expense and we will send a new item to you at our expense.

If, despite the fact that we do our utmost to deliver a good item, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your order or part of it within 14 days. Shipping costs for the return are for your account. After receipt of your return shipment, we will transfer the amount excluding shipping costs to your account as soon as possible. If you as a customer have received a wrong item by us, the costs for returning are for us and we will send you the correct item at no cost.

Naturally, the items must be returned to us unworn, clean and without stains. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items with stains.

At all times, before returning or exchanging an item, we ask you to contact our team in advance by e-mail to info@snugglezzz.nl. Please state the invoice number and the reason why the product does not meet your expectations.

The items will not be returned or exchanged if:

  • The clothing has been worn or washed
  • You yourself have tried to repair a defect
  • Any original packaging or label is missing
  • You do not register your return by e-mail in advance

Make sure that the item is well packed in, for example, a sturdy box. Also include the email communication and the invoice number of the purchase in this box if you send a warranty, return or exchange request.
